About the event

Dry-aged beef is coming to the Jubilee! 


This November & December, you can try our 650g Bone-In Sirloin for $79.  This has been dry aged for a minimum of 40 days and comes with your choice of sauce, chips & salad, or mash & seasonal vegetables. 


The Process

True dry aging from day zero – The True Dry Aging process is pure, traditional, and focused solely on enhancing tenderness and flavour.

Superior tenderness and complexity – Dry aging naturally tenderizes, concentrates umami, and creates a rich, nutty, buttery depth you simply can’t get from wet-aged beef.
